Acceptance and service description
By visiting or using HandFuture, a visitor agrees to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the site. HandFuture provides sourced articles about palmistry culture plus hand-joint detection and general reflection cards that run in the current browser page.
The service does not create an account relationship, professional-client relationship, medical service, or fiduciary relationship. All cultural material and interactive results remain subject to the entertainment boundary below.
Entertainment only
Palmistry articles, hand-joint detection, and reflection cards are only for cultural entertainment and general self-reflection. They are not factual assessments of a person and do not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, relationship, compatibility, or future advice.
Do not rely on site content for consequential decisions involving health, safety, rights, money, work, or relationships. Use reliable information and, when appropriate, seek a qualified professional for decisions that require expertise.
Age guidance
Visitors under the age of majority where they live should use the site with a parent or guardian. Majority rules differ by location, and these terms do not claim a single age threshold for every visitor.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or abusive conduct. Do not interfere with the site, evade security restrictions, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to related systems.
Do not generate automated traffic, scrape in a way that overloads the service, engage in ad manipulation involving impressions or clicks, or otherwise disrupt normal advertising or site operation. Reasonable reading of public content is not restricted by this clause.
User images
Visitors must have the right to use each image they select and should keep faces, documents, and other identifying third-party content out of the frame. Do not select an image that infringes privacy, copyright, or other rights.
HandFuture does not claim ownership of locally selected photos. Choosing a file only lets the current browser page process it; it does not transfer photo rights to HandFuture or grant permission for public use.
Intellectual property and licenses
Unless marked otherwise, site code, the HandFuture brand, and editorial content remain protected under intellectual-property rules. Visitors may access them for ordinary browsing and personal use but do not acquire ownership through that access.
Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, and rights in cited-source material stay with their respective owners. A link or citation does not mean HandFuture owns third-party material.
Availability and changes
Features, content, and URLs may change, pause, or stop because of maintenance, technical limits, or editorial needs. HandFuture does not promise that a particular feature will remain available and makes no uptime guarantee, response-time guarantee, or promise of uninterrupted service.
When these terms change materially, the updated version will display a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the terms then displayed.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without warranties about cultural interpretations, detection results, completeness, suitability, or availability. Visitors remain responsible for how they understand and use the content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HandFuture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Contact
For site-data handling and any available contact channel, see the Privacy Policy. Contact availability depends on the release prerequisite stated there; these terms do not list a separate unverified mailbox.
